Returns & Exchange Policy
We understand that some items are not always suitable and they may need to be returned.
Please choose your items carefully before making your selection and moving ahead to complete your on-line purchase order.
1. Change of mind policy
If you change your mind or make the wrong selection, you may exchange your item(s) for exchange or credit (which you prefer), providing:
• It is within 14 days of receiving your purchase order.
• Proof of purchase (tax invoice) is required
• The item(s) are in their original condition, with all labels, packaging and tags attached
• The item(s) are unworn, unwashed, not used, altered, soiled or damaged and in original condition
Please note that exchanges are subject to availability of goods. Note that all returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Safari Suits Online. We recommend and advise when sending your return parcel, that you use a postal tracking service through Australia Post (for orders in Australia) to ensure safe delivery to us.
3. Important Information
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us; however we will re-send your order for free. Please note that Safari Suits Online is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or any items that are returned to us in error. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our distribution centre. All purchases include GST.
